Rate Schedule
Rentals at Fairview Isles are handled directly through our onsite rental office - not through real estate agents or private owners. The management at Fairview Isles knows how important your vacation is to you, and your satisfaction is important to us as most of our guests return year after year. We are very serious about maintaining a family atmosphere for the quiet enjoyment of our guests. Credit Cards are subject to a 4% surcharge.
We require 30 day minimum rentals which may start on any day of the week.

Corner Units are slightly larger with an additional small lanai off the dining room.
Fairview Isles is still recovering from Hurricane Ian (as of Jan 2 2023) and is not taking new future (2023/2024) reservations at this time. Our policy is that the most current past guests have 1st choice on coming back to Fairview Isles and we will honor that policy.
We will notify our past guests when we are in position to start booking new reservations again.
After that, we will refer to our waiting list which is considerable at this time.
